Mission

Our mission is to conduct independent audits, evaluations, investigations and reviews to improve ÐßÐßÊÓÆµ operations and facilitate systems of continuous improvement.  Through our audit recommendations, we help promote positive change throughout ÐßÐßÊÓÆµ.  We:

  • Provide ÐßÐßÊÓÆµ managers with audits and reviews that are complete, clear and concise.
  • Determine the effectiveness of programs, functions and operations in accomplishing the delivery of goods and services to students, parents, and employees.
  • Promote the economy and efficiency of ÐßÐßÊÓÆµ business processes used to assist in the delivery of goods and services to ÐßÐßÊÓÆµ schools, programs, offices and divisions.
  • Determine the reliability and integrity of ÐßÐßÊÓÆµ information systems.
  • Assess whether ÐßÐßÊÓÆµ resources are used effectively, efficiently and economically.
  • Determine whether ÐßÐßÊÓÆµ schools, programs, offices and divisions comply with applicable District and federal regulations, policies and laws.
  • Identify, to the extent possible, instances of fraud, waste, abuse and mismanagement within ÐßÐßÊÓÆµ.
  • Assist in facilitating systems of continuous improvement in ÐßÐßÊÓÆµ program operations.
