Quinne Harris-Lindsey is the General Counsel for ذكذكتسئµ (ذكذكتسئµ). She has been with ذكذكتسئµ’ Office of the General Counsel for over 20 years. She started with ذكذكتسئµ as an Attorney Advisor representing ذكذكتسئµ in special education administrative matters. She assumed the lead of OGC’s litigation team that represents ذكذكتسئµ in a variety of areas, including special education, student discipline, involuntary transfers, vendor disputes, and civil rights matters before local administrative tribunals. OGC also provides civil litigation support to DC’s Office of the Attorney General in education matters. The ذكذكتسئµ experience has been the perfect blend of law and leadership.
Quinne holds a BA in Telecommunications from Pennsylvania State University, Master of Public Administration from American University and a Juris Doctor from Howard University School of Law.
She is a native Washingtonian and a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. Quinne is an avid photographer and in her free time, she likes to engage in a number of activities, i.e., running/walking, playing golf, billiards, tennis and basketball.
